This 14 inch high eco friendly Ganpati idol is the perfect idol to use in this years Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations as this idol is not only stunning to look at, but has also been made using organic clay that has plant seeds within. The sandpaper style finish gives this idol a raw and unique look that is hard to come by these days.
The idea is that at the end of the 10-day festival, the idols undergoes a symbolic immersion. Instead of being immersed in a water body, the idol is placed in an accompanying pot and watered until it dissolves. Thanks to the seeds that are sown into the pot, the idol grows back as a plant.
